At KURAI, we ensure every order is packed with care and shipped through trusted logistics partners to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines delivery timelines, shipping charges, serviceable locations, and important customer responsibilities.


1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • You will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
  • All shipments are handled by third-party courier partners.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All serviceable pin codes across India
  • International locations worldwide through premium courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

International shipping availability and charges depend on the delivery country and courier network coverage.


3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Standard estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Domestic Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express Domestic Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Standard International Delivery: 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier load, weather, holidays, operational issues, or unforeseen factors.
  • Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
  • Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders.
  • Express shipping (if available) may be chargeable depending on delivery pin code, weight, and cart value.
  • For orders under a specific value (as determined by KURAI), express delivery charges may apply.
  • International shipping charges vary by region and will be displayed at checkout or communicated separately.

All applicable shipping charges are visible before making the final payment.


5. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
  • Orders are typically packed and processed for shipment within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, processing times may increase.

6. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates on the courier portal.

7. UNDELIVERED OR FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Customer refusing the parcel

If returned to origin (RTO):

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds are not applicable for delivered or RTO shipments (as per our Returns/Refund Policy)

8. DELAYED DELIVERY

KURAI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier network issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Strikes, operational failures, or natural calamities
  • Customs clearance delays for international shipments

We will assist wherever possible but cannot guarantee resolution timelines.


9. DAMAGED / TAMPERED PACKAGES

If your package arrives:

  • Torn
  • Open
  • Re-sealed
  • Wet
  • Damaged externally

Do not accept the parcel.
Reject it at the doorstep and notify us immediately with photos or videos.

If accepted, KURAI will not be liable for damages found later unless accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video.


10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
  • These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
  • KURAI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

11. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETAILS

If incorrect details are provided:

  • Delivery may fail or be delayed
  • KURAI will not be responsible for non-delivery
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
